Reigniting the Love of Team Sports

We set out to capture the joy, energy, and connection that make youth sports unforgettable. Throughout the basketball and soccer seasons, we photographed the moments that mattered most—kids giving their all, parents cheering with pride, and teams growing closer with every game. Then, we paired those images with uplifting descriptions and transformed them into a custom trading card set for each family. Some kids even discovered a rare surprise: their very own special card, secretly ordered by proud parents and mixed into packs with just the right touch of mystery. Watching them swap cards, celebrate finds, and share in the excitement reminded us why we love team sports—and why these memories are worth keeping forever.

Synk began with a simple but pressing problem—I was devouring books, exploring countless frameworks, and uncovering powerful systems for growth, yet they kept blending together in my head. The ideas were there, but the structure was missing. That’s where Synk took shape: a space to align learning with action, supported by an AI-powered coach that keeps you accountable, offers guidance, and makes personal development feel effortless. What started as a quest to organize my own growth has become a tool to help anyone read, learn, and truly live what they know.

We couldn’t afford “almost compliant” — we needed flawless execution. That’s why we created Kubo, a compliance tool that walks operators through every eviction process with precision. It saved us time, stress, and legal headaches — and now it’s saving other owners too.

We noticed a gap between what was “supposed” to be done at a property and what was actually happening. Tasks got lost, maintenance work was invisible, and capex projects weren’t always documented. We built Kyra to change that — a mobile-first system that tracks, verifies, and visually proves every on-site action. What started as a way to keep our own properties running smoothly is now helping other owners protect their investments.
